I Feel Like I'm Battling Flames: Educating Youth And Students With A Deficiency In Education In Indonesia

The emotional experiences of teaching Indonesian 7–8-year-old pupils who face educational difficulties are examined in this study. Nine primary school math instructors participated in semi-structured in-person interviews that yielded data. The data were then analyzed using a theme analysis and an inductive, grounded theory approach. When the results are analyzed in the context of resource conservation theory, they show that students who have educational disadvantages are not a homogeneous group but rather show a considerable variability in the causes of their disadvantages and the difficulties they face in their academic pursuits. The emotional strain that instructors bear when assisting these pupils is exacerbated by these variables. The report also addresses possible suggestions for resolving these issues.
