This study about pointed to examine the goals of understudy instructors with respect to the kind of teachers they wish to gotten to be. The inquire about included 40 understudy instructors who were portion of a essential instruction program at a open college. Their viewpoints were collected through unstructured reports, which were submitted after completing a semester-long course in classroom administration amid their fifth semester.
